Thrubits Agents — Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Thrubits Agents is a service provided by Thrubits, a web and app studio based in Saida, Lebanon ("Thrubits", "we", "us"). We serve businesses in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and elsewhere.

These Terms of Service apply when you sign up for, order or use Thrubits Agents, including the setup, the Thrubits team connector, the team dashboard, the weekly report and monthly care (together, "the service"). "You" means the business that orders the service and the people it allows to use it.

By submitting the signup form, accepting an order or invoice, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service is meant for businesses and professionals. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

2. What the service is

We set up an AI team inside your own Claude account: a Claude Project for your business, the role pack or roles you choose, a Business Profile with your products, prices, policies, customers, tone and goals, and the Thrubits team connector that makes these available to Claude.

The Thrubits roles and your Business Profile are served to Claude by our connector only while your subscription is active. Claude also uses the connector to log finished tasks, which feed your private team dashboard and, if you keep it switched on, a weekly report by email (or by WhatsApp if agreed).

Monthly care, when you take it, covers keeping your Business Profile up to date (for example prices, offers and hours), adding or adjusting roles, reviewing the dashboard with you and planning the next month with you, as described for your plan.

The exact scope (pack, roles, number of users, extras such as connected tools or a team training session) is the one shown on your order or invoice. Pilot or promotional terms, if any, apply only as stated on your order.

3. Your Claude account and Anthropic

Claude is a product of Anthropic. Thrubits is not Anthropic, is not affiliated with Anthropic, and does not resell Claude.

You need your own paid Claude plan, bought and paid for directly from Anthropic and used under Anthropic's own terms and policies. Your Claude account, your conversations and your Claude subscription belong to you and are governed by your agreement with Anthropic.

Thrubits is not responsible for Claude's availability, features, limits, pricing, changes or outputs, or for Anthropic's handling of your data. Our responsibility is limited to our own setup work, the connector, the dashboard and monthly care.

Some features we rely on, such as custom connectors in Claude, are controlled by Anthropic and may change. If a change affects the service, we will try to adapt the setup, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will remain available.

We never ask for your Claude password. During setup you sign in yourself, and if you share your screen, you type it.

4. Signing up and setup

After you send the signup form, we contact you, usually on WhatsApp, to review your Business Profile with you and book a setup session. Nothing is charged until you agree to an order or invoice. We may decline a signup at our discretion.

Setup is done with you, on a call or on site, signed in to your own Claude account. You agree to give us accurate information about your business and to check your Business Profile, especially prices and policies, before and after setup.

You can connect other tools to Claude, such as email, calendar, file storage or design tools. These connections are between you, Anthropic and those providers; we only help you set them up, and we explain what each one lets Claude read.

We give you a connector address and a private dashboard link, or dashboard sign-in for you and your staff. Keep them private. If you think one has been shared or exposed, tell us and we will replace it.

5. Fees, billing and payment

You pay Thrubits a one-time setup fee and, if you choose it, a monthly care fee, according to the plan and fees shown on your order or invoice. Your Claude plan is separate and is paid to Anthropic.

Fees are billed in US dollars unless we agree otherwise in writing, and are paid by the methods shown on the invoice. Any bank, transfer or exchange charges on your side are yours to cover.

Monthly care is due on the date shown on your invoice. We usually send a reminder a few days before a care payment is due and before your recorded Claude renewal date, but it remains your responsibility to pay on time and to keep your Claude plan active.

Refunds, if any, are as stated on your order or invoice or as required by applicable law.

We may change our fees for future periods. We will tell you by email before a new fee applies to your monthly care, and you may stop care before it takes effect.

6. Unpaid care, pausing and stopping

If a monthly care payment is not received, your Thrubits team pauses automatically seven days after the due date (or after another period we tell you in writing). While paused, the connector tells Claude that the team is paused, and the Thrubits roles and your Business Profile are no longer served. The team resumes once payment is received and your account is reactivated.

You may stop monthly care at any time by telling us by email or WhatsApp. It stops at the end of the period you have already paid for.

When care stops, you keep your Claude account, your Claude Project, your files and your chats. The Thrubits roles and the Business Profile served by the connector stop working, because they are provided only while your subscription is active. You can restart care later by contacting us.

You can also pause individual roles yourself from your dashboard at any time.

What happens to the data we hold after you stop is explained in our Privacy Notice.

7. Intellectual property and licence

The Thrubits role instructions, the Project Instructions, the connector, the dashboard and our other materials are the intellectual property of Thrubits. While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them through the service for your own business.

You may not copy, extract, resell, publish or share the role instructions, or use them to build a competing service, and you may not try to bypass the connector, for example by saving the role instructions into files or projects so that they work without an active subscription.

Your business information remains yours. You give us permission to use the information you provide (such as your Business Profile and files) only to deliver the service to you.

As between you and Thrubits, you own the drafts and content produced for you in your Claude account, subject to Anthropic's terms and to any rights of others in the material you supply.

We will only use your business name, results or a case study in our marketing with your permission.

8. AI outputs are drafts — you decide

Everything the AI team produces, including posts, replies, messages, prices, plans, reports and code, is a draft or a recommendation. The roles are set up so that nothing is sent or published by itself; you review it and decide.

AI can make mistakes. It may misunderstand a request, state something incorrect, or miss important details. You are responsible for checking anything before you rely on it, and for anything you publish, send, sign or act on.

Answers on legal, tax, financial, medical, safety or similar matters are general information only and are not professional advice. Confirm them with a qualified professional.

We do not guarantee any business result, such as more sales, customers, reach or savings.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with Anthropic's usage policies. In particular, you will not use it to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate any person or business, to mislead customers, or to create content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful or infringes the rights of others.

Security roles (for example audits, penetration-test reports and threat modelling) may only be used on systems you own or that you are authorised in writing to test.

If you work for clients (for example as an agency or studio), you are responsible for having the right to use their information and for keeping each client's information separate.

You will not attack, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the connector or the dashboard, or share your connector address or dashboard access outside your business.

We may suspend or end the service, without refund for the current period, if we reasonably believe it is being abused or used in breach of these terms. Where practical, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

10. Your information

Our Privacy Notice explains what we store, why, for how long and your choices. In short: we do not receive or store your Claude conversations, which stay in your Claude account; we store your account and contact details, your Business Profile and goals, your roles, short task titles and statuses in the work log, daily usage counts, invoices and payments, and your signup answers.

Do not put passwords, payment card numbers or identity documents in your Business Profile, files or chats.

11. Warranties and limitation of liability

We will carry out the setup and monthly care with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Thrubits is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, or for loss caused by Claude, Anthropic, your other connected tools, your internet or devices, or content you chose to send or publish.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid to Thrubits in the three months before the event that caused the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

12. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. We will tell you about material changes by email before they take effect. If you continue to use the service after that date, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you may stop the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Mandatory laws that protect you in your own country, including in Saudi Arabia, continue to apply. We will first try to resolve any disagreement with you directly and in good faith.
