“How much do you charge to manage our Instagram?” is one of the questions we hear most. The honest answer is that social media management in Lebanon ranges from about $100 a month to well over $1,000, and both ends can be fair. The difference is what is actually being done each month. Here is how to read the prices you are quoted.
What you get at each level
- Starter (around $100–$250 a month): a monthly plan, 8–12 designed posts, captions in Arabic and English, posting on Instagram and Facebook. Good for a shop or café that needs to look alive and consistent.
- Growth (around $250–$600 a month): more posts plus stories and short videos (Reels/TikTok), replying to comments and messages, a monthly report, and setting up paid campaigns.
- Full service (from about $600 to $1,000+): photo or video shoots, influencer or event coverage, several platforms, campaign management with a larger ad budget, and regular strategy meetings.
At Thrubits, social media management starts from $100 a month, and our packages include one to six months of it alongside a website and branding.
What changes the price
- Video. Reels and TikToks reach more people than images, and take far more time to plan, film and edit.
- Photography. Using your phone photos is cheaper; a shoot at your restaurant or shop costs more but lifts every post.
- Community management. Answering messages and comments every day is real work — and where many sales start.
- Two languages. Good Arabic and English captions are written, not translated by a tool.
- Ads. Running campaigns is a service; the ad budget itself is paid to Meta or TikTok on top.
Ask whether the price includes the ad budget. A “$300 package with ads” may be $200 of work and $100 of ads — that is not the same as $300 of management plus your own budget.
Questions to ask before you hire anyone
- How many posts, stories and videos per month — exactly?
- Who writes the captions, and in which languages?
- Who answers messages and comments, and how fast?
- Do I approve posts before they go out?
- What is in the monthly report — followers only, or messages, orders and reach?
- Do I keep the accounts, designs and photos if we stop?
Do it yourself first?
If the budget is tight, start yourself for a month: prepare light photos with our free image compressor, put a WhatsApp link in your bio with the WhatsApp link generator, and post three times a week. When you see what works and run out of time, that is the moment to hand it over — with a clear brief.
